Anxiety and depression are usually comorbid, which means they occur together, and teachers, in particular, face heightened risks due to chronic stress inherent in their profession, which is detrimental to health and well-being [3,4]. The prevalence of anxiety among teachers reported in a recent scoping review ranged from 38% to 41.2%, while the prevalence of depression ranged from 10% to 77% [5].

Additionally, these programs can be customized to meet the needs of other groups, such as parents, teachers, and siblings [20,21].
Currently, there is no standardized education program for children and adolescents with ME/CFS and their surroundings.

However, these examples also show their contextual sensitivity and irrelevance for teachers in their noisy, dynamic, and didactic environments. Few studies have examined stress detection among teachers. Fitbits (Google Fitbit) using PPG to capture heart rate data were used to help teachers pinpoint stressors [69] and Philips DTI-2 devices (Philips) using GSR were worn by vocational school teachers to explore associations between data and stressors [70].

To date, 3 randomized studies have examined the effectiveness and acceptability of At-Risk among samples of American teachers [17,41] and teachers in training [42] across school years. Each study found high satisfaction ratings, with between 75% and 85% of participants rating the training as useful, well constructed, relevant, and easy to use, and nearly all (88%-95%) reporting that they would recommend it to colleagues.

Thus, we have some insights into how technology design has supported stress management but little knowledge of how or why technologies could help teachers, teachers’ experiences of use, and what was valuable or significant to them.

In a cross-sectional study, 33.3% of teachers reported high burnout while 27.6% were at risk for having moderate burnout [7]. Similarly, 34.9% of teachers indicated they might be threatened by burnout syndrome [8].
Literature shows that teachers experience considerable stress in the workplace resulting in higher burnout rates, which poses a health risk [7,9]. A recent study by Li et al [10] reported that 53.2 % of teachers identified work as a source of long-term stress, leading to burnout.

The researchers also obtained formal informed consent from the parents and teachers using the approval form (Multimedia Appendix 3).
Table 1 and Table 2 show the demographic characteristics of the parents and teachers, respectively, who participated in the study.

The web-based learning environment on resilience can be a useful and empirically validated digital resource for parents to use with their children at home or for teachers to use in classes conducted on the internet to focus on their mental health, which can be delivered either synchronously or asynchronously.
The sample of the study was small and random assignment in the 2 conditions was not possible.
