Therefore, we proposed the following hypotheses: H4a: Physician attribution mediates the effect of the negative review proportion on consumer choice (proportion +→ physician attribution –→ physician selection intention). H4b: Reviewer attribution mediates the effect of the negative review proportion on consumer choice (proportion –→ reviewer attribution +→ physician selection intention).
