Feasibility of At-Home Hand Arm Bimanual Intensive Training in Virtual Reality: Case Study
The HABIT approach provides intensive, child-focused repetitive practice by offering a structured practice embedded in play and functional activities requiring the use of both hands while maintaining a child-friendly approach [6]. It uses key principles of motor learning and neuroplasticity such as practice specificity, types of practice, feedback, repetition, increasing movement complexity, and motivation [11]. These key principles were integrated into the HABIT-VR game.

High-resolution x-ray CT imaging modalities such as high-resolution peripheral quantitative CT and microfocus CT (μCT) are used to image human hands for accessing the trabecular structure or various pathological changes (eg, osteoarthritis) with a voxel size
A fixed cadaveric human right hand from a human body donor was imaged using a μCT system designed for 3 D x-ray histology [5] at the 3 D x-ray histology laboratory [6] at the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
