Regulatory foresight must address the question of control and accountability and reconsider liability assignments and insurance arrangements. The rapid evolution of AI solutions needs frequent reevaluations of the STS. Policy around AI-enabled in-context learning is needed, especially regarding new generations of generative AI and LLMs [1]. Several limitations must be considered when interpreting the results of this study.
