In this study, we evaluated the efforts being made using the consilium care app in a cohort of patients with breast, colon, lung, or prostate cancer, as well as those with hematological malignancies, to demonstrate the reliability of electronically captured patient-reported symptom entries for shared reporting with the physician to detect critical symptoms in routine cancer care.
