Speech and Language Therapists’ Perspectives of Virtual Reality as a Clinical Tool for Autism: Cross-Sectional Survey

Speech and Language Therapists’ Perspectives of Virtual Reality as a Clinical Tool for Autism: Cross-Sectional Survey

Neuro-affirming practice is described as support for autistic identity through strength-based, environment first approaches that promote adaptions [9]. They seek to remove environmental and societal barriers, imposed by deficit-based neurotypical standards and facilitate autistic self-advocacy [10]. Internet-Delivered Psychoeducation (SCOPE) for Transition-Aged Autistic Youth: Pragmatic Randomized Controlled Trial

To achieve the milestones of early adulthood as a transition-aged autistic youth necessitates skills for independence, which are reliant on self-knowledge about their own strengths and difficulties [1,7,8].
