Recently, Lin et al [8] investigated COVID-19 dynamics across different epidemic waves in Hong Kong, highlighting changes in Ct value distributions across various waves and variants and analyzing the impact of vaccination on clinical outcomes. Furthermore, Puhach et al [9] explored the application of different surveillance methods in inferring epidemic dynamics, particularly using Ct value distributions to estimate epidemic progression.
