One of the groups Navigator proposes is the “self-acting group.”

Thus, segmenting the vast population of patients with diabetes is essential, and Navigator service might help to recognize and exceed barriers in diabetes management. This study is the first to address the Navigator service’s psychometric properties and the segmentation of patients into CS groups.
