Identifying Targets for Innovation in Amazon Reviews of Bedwetting Alarms: Thematic Analysis

Nocturnal enuresis (NE) is defined as nighttime urinary incontinence in adults and children older than 5 years [1,2]. It is a common condition, affecting nearly 10% of school-age children [3]. NE can have negative consequences on pediatric mental health and academic performance [3]. Furthermore, having a child with NE can also have a negative impact on parental anxiety and depression [4]. Bedwetting alarms are the most common first-line treatment for NE.
