Evaluation Methods for Assessing Users’ Psychological Experiences of Web-Based Psychosocial Interventions: A Systematic Review

Usability inquiry methods such as situated co-inquiry proposed by Carter [54] or ethnographic and contextual inquiry discussed by Cooper et al [28] are not yet evident in the literature. It is important that our methods of evaluating Web-based interventions include opportunities for uncovering the relationship between the user and the computer as a social agent.
