The digital divide model by van Dijk [10] describes how personal and contextual factors are related to the resources one has available to have motivation, physical access, use, and benefit from digital media, or in this case, digital health. Resources to improve the likelihood of accessing digital media involve cultural, social, mental, material, and time-related factors [10].

Finally, while our questionnaire was rigorously designed by a multidisciplinary team and based on instruments in similar studies, such as van der Meijden et al [25], there is currently no validated tool for predevelopment surveys of AI-based CDSS. This may affect the reliability and comparability of our results. In addition, there may have been some comprehension issues with certain questions, as some respondents probably inverted values for decision thresholds in Q20.

Future work can investigate the translation of value-sensitive requirements to CTR design and validation by using, for instance, the value hierarchies by Van de Poel [104] and validating value-sensitive CTR in actual effectiveness trials using methods such as the Multiphase Optimization Strategy [105].
Our findings provide a broad understanding of the problem at hand because of the nature of the qualitative methods. However, our study had some limitations.

The Use of Digital Devices to Monitor Physical Behavior in Motor Neuron Disease: Systematic Review
Of those, 3 (60%) focused on the end point based on variation in vertical axis developed by van Eijk et al [24], which is based on movement against gravity. Straczkiewicz et al [31] focused on total daily count and average daily duration of upper limb movements, such as flexion, extension, pronation, and supination, among others.
