Mobile App-Based Interactive Care Plan for Migraine: Survey Study of Usability and Improvement Opportunities

Mobile App-Based Interactive Care Plan for Migraine: Survey Study of Usability and Improvement Opportunities

Requiring monthly assessments of headache days, treatment days, function, and satisfaction will allow the clinician access to data that will inform best migraine care. For example, monthly tracking may quickly uncover medication overuse behavior. It may also allow the clinician early detection of the transition between episodic and chronic migraine, which in turn may allow new treatment options such as onabotulinumtoxin A.

Assessing the Data Quality Dimensions of Partial and Complete Mastectomy Cohorts in the All of Us Research Program: Cross-Sectional Study

We believe that a robust characterization of partial and complete mastectomy patients with data from the All of Us Research Program could generate valuable real-world evidence regarding breast cancer treatment and be used to provide evidence towards best practices for patients with the disease. The All of Us Research Program has electronic health records (EHRs) on more than 287,000 patients from 50 health care organizations within the United States.

Oncology Provider and Patient Perspectives on a Cardiovascular Health Assessment Tool Used During Posttreatment Survivorship Care in Community Oncology (Results from WF-1804CD): Mixed Methods Observational Study

Oncology Provider and Patient Perspectives on a Cardiovascular Health Assessment Tool Used During Posttreatment Survivorship Care in Community Oncology (Results from WF-1804CD): Mixed Methods Observational Study

The AH-HA tool was launched using a best practice alert for enrolled patients during a routine posttreatment outpatient oncology visit. Providers could choose to use the tool or not in accordance with their clinical judgment; examples of reasons for nonuse may include a competing clinical demand (eg, new symptom or concern for recurrence), patient distress, or perception that the patient would not be receptive to or benefit from a discussion (eg, in the unlikely case that all factors were ideal).

That’s a way to screen and actually find the best help for you within your area…say for example the person has addiction or…mental health challenges or…are in an abusive situation…Sometimes these programs are so filled there is not enough space available…this program can provide all this information accessible to you and show the patient immediately if tomorrow they can get help… they’re put on some waiting list or [indicate where] there are shelters available or…programs from the government.
