Use of Mukbang in Health Promotion: Scoping Review

In addition, according to Yoon [50], future research can focus on the development of mukbang that integrates nutrition and medicine and assess its impact and satisfaction levels. Simultaneously, studies have found that ASMR mukbang has the potential to reduce viewer’s stress levels, and improve their sleep quality, future research may consider exploring the mechanisms involved or comparing the differences in the physical or mental health of viewers between ASMR videos and ASMR mukbang.

Intuitively, it makes sense to ensure that the most efficacious heart failure therapies are initiated as soon as possible. Given that the therapies have varied modes of action, we hypothesize that if they are started together as soon as possible, they would have greater benefits than starting them later. Combination therapies are likely to target different pathophysiological aspects of heart failure and thus improve clinical outcomes.
