Nursing Students’ Perceptions about Effective Pedagogy: Netnographic Analysis

Teachers were identified as having provided positive learning experiences if they had created close and strong connections with students, often from the start of the semester: “I find that when professors introduce themselves and students do, that I connect more. It begins a relationship that can make learning more interactive.” Students who perceived that their teachers were willing to care and connect with them expressed that they felt supported and respected as members of the class and as human beings.
