Activity trackers (20/27, 74%; median 8, MAD-M 1.41); workstation accessories (19/27, 70%; median 8, MAD-M 1.59); and relocation of home office supplies such as the bin, printer, or water source (19/27, 70%; median 8, MAD-M 1.30) were the 3 work strategies considered as highly feasible for reducing SB when working from home. Active workstations equipped with treadmills were reported to be unfeasible (19/27, 70%; median 2, MAD-M 1.48).

From the extended-cosine models, we extracted measures of 24-hour robustness (pseudo-F statistic, indicating how well the observed data fits the 24-hour curve); activity onset time (up-mesor, the time which the modeled activity level passes the middle modeled rhythm height prior to the peak); and activity offset time (down-mesor or the time which the modeled activity level passes the middle modeled rhythm height prior to the nadir).

Postinteraction feedback: We asked participants questions guided by Peter Morville’s honeycomb model [27], as shown in Table 1. Participants were asked about usability, ease of navigation, adequacy of information, reliability of chatbot responses, and integration with external resources. They also provided suggestions for improvement. After the interview, participants received a US $20 Amazon gift card as compensation for their time and input.
