A full description of the DPSleep processing pipelines applied to the actigraphy data, including quality control steps, can be found in the study by Rahimi-Eichi et al [36].
All data that passed quality control were included in analysis, including days with no detected sleep episode (ie, with no extended periods of lower relative activity).
Smartphone surveys were administered via the Beiwe app [35]. Each night before bed, participants completed a 46-item self-report survey related to their daily lives.
