This expansion was carried out in partnership with the Agência Brasileira de Apoio à Gestão do Sistema Único de Saúde (Ag SUS; an entity created to provide operational support for the implementation of public health policies formulated by the Brazilian Ministry of Health) and the HCFMUSP. The initiative was named UBS+Digital (English: PHU+Digital) and focused on assisting different regions across Brazil.

Focus groups lasted 60‐90 minutes and were audio-recorded, transcribed, and de-identified.
This study was approved by The University of Sydney Human Ethics Committee (2022/HE000563) and conducted in accordance with the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to any study procedures and given the option to opt out of the study at any given time. Participants were given a A$20 (US $12.75) gift voucher as compensation for their time.

As studies such as that by Simões de Almeida [210] have shown, exploring the prominence of various factors among different populations may be of interest. Finally, the preliminary framework of factors was developed based on the academic literature and were not validated with subject matter experts. This will be addressed in a subsequent study.
Several future directions have been identified to further strengthen and validate the framework of factors for digital mental health tools in clinical care settings.
