Accelerometry-Assessed Physical Activity and Circadian Rhythm to Detect Clinical Disability Status in Multiple Sclerosis: Cross-Sectional Study

Accelerometry-Assessed Physical Activity and Circadian Rhythm to Detect Clinical Disability Status in Multiple Sclerosis: Cross-Sectional Study

Accelerometers were set to capture 3 D acceleration at 30 Hz with the acceleration range of ±8 G. The raw acceleration data (.gt3x) were downloaded from the device using Acti Life v6.134 Lite Edition. Binary raw activity data (Hz-level accelerometry data) were read by read.gt3x package into an R data frame (R Foundation for Statistical Computing) and transformed into 60-second epochs activity count data in 1440 minutes per day (12 AM to 11:59 PM) analytic format.
