The participants’ venous blood samples will be collected using blood collection tubes, symmetrically placed in the centrifuge sample bin, and covered. The rotation speed will be set to 4000 rpm, and the centrifuge time will be 10 minutes. The machine will be turned off after centrifugation, the sample bin opened, the sample carefully taken out, and the separation of the sample observed. If it is unsatisfactory, the sample will be centrifuged again.
