%X Tony Delamothe has recently written a BMJ editorial [1], which was partly inspired by the MedCERTAIN workshop in Heidelberg.As the initiator and co-ordinator of an EU project, which could be misunderstood as a "kitemarking" project, I feel obliged to clarify what we want to achieve and how and why our approach differs from what is being described by Tony.
